Obinna Victor Eze

Nurse Educator, Author and Founder – 360degreeHealth Network

Obinna Victor Eze is a  Nurse Educator, Global Health advocate, Amazon Best-selling Author, International speaker and Founder of 360degreeHEALTH NETwork. He graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria; and got a certificate in Civic Engagement from Appalachian State University, North Carolina. Presently, he is enrolled for a Master’s degree  program in Education at Unicaf University, Zambia and a Masters in Public Health degree, specializing in Communicable Disease Prevention and Control at the University of Manchester.

He works with the Ebonyi State Ministry of Health and lectures as a Nurse Educator in Ebonyi State College of Nursing Sciences. Obinna is the founder of 360degreeHealth Network, a civil society non-profit organization that bridges the gap in health care delivery to local communities in Nigeria through medical outreaches and health care service financing and engages the government through advocacy and dialogue to formulate policies and health initiatives that subsidizes health care cost. His organization has won multiple awards and grants worth millions to sponsor health initiatives in Nigeria, funded by One Young World, Bill Gates Foundation and Queen’s Commonwealth Trusts.

He is a member of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, (a network of changemakers across the commonwealth nations who are working hard to change the world); a Mandela Washington Fellow (a flagship program of the U.S Government’s young African leaders initiative for their impact in promoting innovation and positive impact in their communities as young leaders in Africa), became a One Young World Ambassador in 2019 after he was invited as a delegate Speaker to address over 2,000 young global leaders and Corporate Executives of the most important Companies and NGOs from 190 countries during the summit in London in a speech that addressed the impact of his community health work in Nigeria. Recently, he became a commonwealth scholar after winning the prestigious commonwealth scholarship to study Public Health in the University of Manchester.

He published his book “Positioned for Leadership” in  San Bernardino, California in 2017 which is presently an amazon best seller and can be purchased globally. He was nominated to represent Nigeria in the ‘’World Dream’’ book project; an initiative by a Japanese Publisher to create a book that will highlight the work of individuals per country as a tool to motivate Japanese children and young people globally, to sustain the attainment of the Sustainable development Goals. He co-authored the book with 201 other global leaders which was launched in Munich, Germany in July 2021.

He has been featured as a Speaker in the same stage with Meghan (Duchess of Sussex), Richard Branson, J. K. Rowling, Ellie Goulding, Professor Mohammad Yunus, Halima Aden, Bill Browder, Jeff Dodds, Scilla Elworthy, et al and has networked with the former President of Ireland and United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights-Mary Robinson on issues affecting global health in Africa.

He was recently featured by the United States Diplomatic mission to Nigeria as a young African leader building resilient health systems in Nigeria; he was also awarded a honorary citizen of Boone, North Carolina by the Mayor of Boone.

Obinna’s goal is to build a resilient healthcare delivery system across Africa  that ensures millions of people living in vulnerable communities in Nigeria and other Sub-Saharan African society gains access to low-cost quality health security by 2030.
