  • Provides pastoral support to emigrating nurses, midwives, and healthcare workers en route to destination countries, preparing them with mental resilience to overcome culture shock, adaption, integration, and acclimatization.
  • Supports newly immigrated nurses to achieve workplace productivity and settle down speedily towards practising to their full potential as internationally educated healthcare professionals.
  • Nurtures an online community of over 15,000 African Nurses and Midwives spread across 5 African countries and 4 continents, helping them break limiting boundaries in their global career journeys.
